empowerment idea: Rest when you need to

Hey yall,

Since I usually have no hep C symptoms, it sometimes surprises me when I do. The last couple days I've been tired. Today, real tired. Days like this I wish I had cable TV so I could just be a couch potato! I've been told to rest if needed, so I do. I'm just so grateful this is infrequent, and I don't have other symptoms! And I continually remind myself things could be much worse- I could have cancer, or lost my legs, or another more devasting illness. And since I'm not on treatment anymore, hopefully this "spell" will be short.

Some good news: My new book, Hepatitis C Through A Patient's Eyes, is almost finished! It's just a matter of putting the cover with the book, running a test copy, then ordering my copies. I'm excited! I'll let everyone know when the "big day" is.

Now I'm taking my dog to the dog park, sitting in the sun and resting some more.

Take care,
Suzy

Hey Suzy, I can't wait for your book to be completed! The dedication and commitment you have demonstrated in trying to help others with this disease is remarkable, and being a hep c survivor myself, I know first hand how incredibly important your book is and will be to people all over the world!
